For love of Impressionism this talented group of artists meets weekly to paint. All work is done from life.
In summer they can be seen painting garden and waterfront scenes in beautiful southeastern Connecticut and Rhode Island. Winter months are spent in the studio painting from a model or still life.
The Constantine Art Group began when Lois started teaching over 20 years ago after discovering the joy of teaching while acting as monitor for Robert Brackman at The Lyme Academy of Fine Art.
The Group consists of all levels, from beginner to advanced painters who stay with the Group because of the awareness that there is always more to discover while working within this supportive community of artists who are united in their love of art.
